11 Oct I’m (Literally) A Country Woman!
I’m thrilled to have an original essay in the October/November Thanksgiving issue of Country Woman magazine. The essay is about baking with my grandma in her kitchen on Thanksgiving (and the way she vented her pies with a signature “S” for Shipman, her only sign of ego) and the impact it had on me. The article is also filled with beautiful, vintage photos of her and her kitchen (and included an incredible apple pie recipe).
